  • Every representative at our service locations secures sufficient, competent personnel for customer support.
  • In addition, service locations in Korea, Taiwan, and China have resident ADTEC Engineering employees.
  • In situations when the service personnel encounters a particularly difficult service call, an experienced, resident ADTEC Engineering employee can take over in assisting the customer.
  • We also make continual efforts to increase the level of our customer service personnel so that our customers can contact us with confidence.
