We develop, manufacture, and sell exposure systems essential for producing printed circuit boards(PCB), the core of electronic devices. The advancement of electronics supports infrastructure such as communication networks, transportation, and energy supply, contributing to a more convenient and flexible society. Highly integrated and lightweight PCB are vital for devices like personal computers, smartphones, and transportation systems. As a key exposure systems manufacturer, we continuously meet the evolving demands of the electronics industry.

Automation Professionals Solving Customer Challenges with Technology

The FA Engineering division has leveraged its "five core technologies" developed through the design and manufacture of exposure equipment to design and produce over 400 different types of FA Systems. Utilizing our strong conceptual design and system-building capabilities, honed through extensive equipment manufacturing experience, we address challenges across various processes and provide automation solutions for manufacturing lines from upstream to downstream. Additionally, we offer solutions using a range of wavelengths, including those from solar simulators, based on light source and optical technologies inherited from Wacom Denso. Our solutions are applied in diverse fields and industries, including photovoltaic cell characteristic evaluation, light degradation testing for building materials, paints, and materials, space industry applications, and UV cut evaluation for cosmetics, across various public research institutions, certification bodies, and private third-party organizations both domestically and internationally.
Furthermore, we integrate our expertise in light technology with FA Systems manufacturing to propose cutting-edge perovskite solar cell production lines. While we have significantly contributed to the automation of cutting-edge manufacturing processes in the electronics industry, particularly in printed circuit board manufacturing, we will continue to expand our business domain to meet automation demands driven by "declining labor populations" and "improvements in productivity and quality" across various industries.
