This is an automated system that performs image inspection on two parts produced by injection molding, selects only the good parts, assembles them, and completes the product.

By performing individual inspections and sorting of parts before assembly, we have prevented the outflow of defective products after assembly and avoided errors such as fitting mistakes. Additionally, the system supports multiple product types and allows for quick setup changes by switching product data and replacing some parts.

・Equipped with a large hopper, the system can also automatically change trays for storing products after assembly, contributing to greater labor savings.

・The defect outflow rate is below 1 PPM, meeting even the strictest industry quality standards.
