This is a system for measuring voltage and current in conjunction with a solar simulator. It can be used not only for crystalline solar cells but also for evaluating slow-responding solar cells like perovskite. The measurement parameters include settings for source delay, measure delay, and integration time. It also supports pre-illumination settings and long-duration measurements, making it suitable for perovskite measurements. The system allows for detailed configurations of sweeping voltage, such as standard linear sweep and multi-step sweep settings. As the software is developed in-house, customization is also possible.

・The characteristic parameters are calculated in accordance with the correction formulas specified in JIS C 8913, JIS C 8914, JIS C 8934, and JIS C 8935.
・High-Speed Measurement: Capable of high-speed measurement at 3600 measurements per hour, making it suitable for mass production systems.
・Constant Voltage and Current Measurement Function: Applies a constant voltage and step voltage to determine the response characteristics.
・Spatial Non-Uniformity Measurement Function: Capable of measuring spatial non-uniformity of the solar simulator.
